FOR INVESTORS

Better decisions.
Connected journeys.
Measurable outcomes.

InXite is building an intelligence platform that connects people, evidence and services around the decisions that shape their lives—starting with brain health.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A substantial need for better navigation.

Complex health decisions bring fragmented information, uncertain costs and disconnected services. These figures show the scale of the health need; they are not estimates of InXite revenue or addressable customers.

214,110

Approximately this many TBI-related U.S. hospitalizations occurred in 2020. Hospitalizations are events, not a count of unique potential members. CDC.

61.5 million

U.S. adults experienced any mental illness in the past year in 2024, or 23.4% of adults. SAMHSA.

Populations may overlap. Measures and reporting years differ and should not be added together.

STRATEGY

How InXite intends to win.

InXite Enterprise Outcome Intelligence™ connects enterprise context, alternative-path modeling, evidence-based recommendations, authorized decisions, execution, and observed outcomes into a continuously improving decision system.

Start with a focused journey

Begin with veteran TBI needs, where care, recovery, behavioral health and daily life intersect. Use a focused launch to refine the experience before expanding.

Make history useful

Bring longitudinal context into the next decision: compare possible paths, identify missing evidence, update recommendations as information changes and learn from observed outcomes.

Connect decisions to action

Combine LOLA, personal health context, cost comparisons and partner navigation so members can understand choices and act with appropriate authorization.

Build repeatable distribution

Develop sponsor and partner relationships that can support access across populations while preserving member choice and program-specific governance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Five areas of invention and development.

The technology strategy spans five related subject areas. This overview describes the work; it makes no representation about patent filing, grant or pending status.

Evidence-Timed Outcome Journey Intelligence

Use the timing, relevance and provenance of evidence to inform journey updates and the next decision.

Personal Utility Model

Represent a person’s priorities and trade-offs when comparing possible paths.

Financial Twin

Model the cost and financial implications of alternatives alongside the health journey.

Adaptive Journey Graph & Divergence

Represent evolving pathways and identify where observed progress diverges from expectations.

Locked Comparison Standard / Claims Ladder

Maintain consistent comparison baselines and distinguish evidence-backed findings from claims requiring further validation.

GO-TO-MARKET

Veterans first. Then broaden access.

  1. Veterans: initial focus on TBI journeys and connected brain and behavioral health needs.
  2. Tribal Nations: develop programs with participating Nations, aligned with their priorities and data governance.
  3. Sponsor organizations: expand access through self-insured employers, Health Share Ministries, associations, health plans and other membership organizations. Sponsor programs can support veterans, Tribal communities and broader member populations alongside the population-focused rollout.
  4. General public: broaden direct consumer access and access through sponsor programs and the service ecosystem as the model is validated.

This is the intended rollout approach. Sponsor partnerships can develop across phases; this is not a claim of signed contracts, guaranteed enrollment or completed launches.

BUSINESS MODEL

Members, sponsors and partners.

Members

Planned membership access to decision support, navigation and personal journey tools. Packaging and pricing will be defined by offering.

Sponsors

Program agreements with self-insured employers, Health Share Ministries, associations, health plans and other organizations supporting access for their members or populations, with agreed implementation and reporting scope.

Partners

Service and integration relationships that connect qualified offerings to relevant journeys. Commercial terms and participation will be defined by agreement.
